At Lane + Co., we like to keep things simple and stylish—so we've streamlined the preorder process just for you! We showcase amazing items for you to browse and select. Once you’ve chosen your favorites, we place the order, receive the items, and then have them ready for you. When the preorder closes, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for the items to arrive to us, depending on processing and supplier shipping times! After we receive the items, we’ll quickly prepare them for pick-up or shipping. Whether you prefer to swing by and pick them up or have them shipped to your doorstep, we’ve got you covered. The best part? You get first dibs on exclusive pieces without the worry of missing out. It's our way of making sure you get exactly what you want, every time.
2What is "Available Now"?
"Available Now" means these items are in stock and ready for immediate porch pickup or shipping. No waiting or preordering—just quick and easy access to the pieces you love. Once you place your order, we’ll have it ready for porch pickup or shipped to your doorstep in no time. Perfect for those who want their items without delay!
3Try-on Policy
Because we operate out of our home and focus on our "Select & Ship" process, we’re unable to offer try-ons before you buy. But don’t worry—we’re here to help! 4Refunds/Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t fit quite right, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please note that returns are only accepted for fit issues, not for changes of mind or exchanges for other items. 1How does "Pick-up" work?
Picking up your order is easy and convenient! Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details, including our pick-up location in Powdersville, SC. Your order will be securely bagged and labeled with your name, then placed in a designated pick-up box on our porch. You can swing by to grab it any day of the week, between 8 AM and 8 PM. No need to knock or call—just stop by during those hours and take your order at your convenience. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
2How does shipping work?
We strive to make shipping as seamless as possible. Once your order is prepared, we’ll carefully pack your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. After your order is ready, a shipping label will be created, and you’ll receive an email with all the details, including your tracking number. You can use this information to follow your package’s journey. Packages are typically handed off to the carrier shortly after preparation, and delivery times may vary based on your location. 3Where do I Pick-up?
